We respect your privacy.

• Your text never leaves your browser — all tools run client-side
• We do not collect personal data — no accounts, no logins
• We may use privacy-friendly analytics tools in the future to understand aggregate site usage (no cookies, no tracking)

• We do not sell, share, or have any data about your inputs to sell

Information we don't collect

SuperTextTools is built around a simple principle: we cannot lose what we do not have. Specifically:

• We do not have an account system, so we do not collect names, emails, or passwords
• The text you paste into any tool is processed in your browser using JavaScript. It is never transmitted to our servers, never logged, never stored.
• We do not track which tools you use or in what order
• We do not fingerprint your device beyond what your browser sends to any web server
• We do not use third-party tracking pixels (no Facebook Pixel, no Google Tag Manager beyond AdSense)

Information that IS collected

Some basic data is collected by infrastructure:

• Cloudflare (our hosting/CDN) logs basic request data (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for 24 hours for security purposes. We do not access these logs except in case of a security incident.
• We may use privacy-friendly analytics tools in the future to understand aggregate site usage. No cookies, no personal identifiers.
• Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools may show us aggregated search query data.
• Google AdSense (if/when implemented) may use cookies to serve relevant ads. See Google's advertising privacy policy: policies.google.com/technologies/ads

Cookies

SuperTextTools itself does not set any cookies. Some user preferences (dark mode setting, custom URL prefix for the slug generator, WPM settings for the word counter) are stored using localStorage — this is your browser's local storage, not a cookie sent to us.

If Google AdSense is active, Google may set advertising cookies. You can opt out at google.com/settings/ads.

Children's privacy

SuperTextTools is suitable for all ages and does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. No COPPA concerns apply because we do not collect data.

Changes to this policy

This policy may change over time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of SuperTextTools after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
