About SuperTextTools

Our story

SuperTextTools started with frustration. Existing text tools online were ugly, slow, full of popup ads, or asked you to sign up before using basic functionality. Many uploaded your text to their servers — meaning your sensitive data (API keys, internal documents, personal notes) was being transmitted, logged, and stored somewhere you could not verify.

We built SuperTextTools to fix that. Every tool runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Your text never touches our servers. No accounts, no logins, no paywalls.

We started with the most-needed tools — JSON formatter, diff checker, Morse code translator, Base64 encoder — and we are growing the lineup based on what people actually use. Every tool is built to be fast, focused, and pleasant to use.

Our philosophy

One tool, done well. We would rather ship a small, excellent JSON formatter than a sprawling app where half the buttons never get used. Each page has one job, clear controls, and live output so you can trust what you see.

Privacy by default. Client-side processing is not a marketing gimmick here — it is the architecture. We do not need your text to run our tools, so we do not ask for it. We avoid invasive analytics and tracking pixels beyond what hosting and ads require.

Free, forever. Utility software should not hide basic features behind a paywall. We keep the site sustainable with small, unobtrusive ads on tool pages — not popups, not interstitials, and not a "Pro" tier that holds your workflow hostage.
